Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%).
Shipping
PremierDogSupplies.com process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We ship by the manufacturer via ground service by UPS and Fed-Ex Ground. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages.
Most items are shipped within 3-7 business days but please allow up to 14 business days for your delivery to arrive at your dog’s door. Any special ordered items will take longer and delivery times could be as long as 14-21 business days.
Oversized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.
International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping
Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping charges. These fees will cover any taxes or duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door. Please contact us (See Contact Us page) if your needing help on this item.
Availability & Back Order Items
Due to items being sent directly from the manufacturer, most items are always in stock but sometime there are runs on an item and it's periodically out of stock. If this should ever happen we will email you right away letting you know when that item will be shipping again.
Defective Merchandise
