Return and Exchange Policy
 

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary.

Return Period:

All returns and exchanges must be received by Proud Dog Research, LLC within one hundred eighty (180) days of shipment to you.

Prohibited Returns or Exchanges:

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized merchandise
  • Gift certificates

Fees:

Unopened Exchanges: No fees apply.

All items returned to us new, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging may be exchanged, free of charge, for another item (see Policies & Rules, below). Customer pays for shipping back to Proud Dog Research, LLC, and we will ship the exchanged item back but shipping fees apply.

All Other Exchanges will be assed a restocking fee.

If you return an item that has been used, opened, and/or damaged in any way, Proud Dog Research, LLC reserves the right to allow an exchange, and to charge a restocking fee, or to refuse an exchange of the item (see Policies & Rules, below).

Re-stocking Fees, unless return amount held as in-store credit.

No fee will be incurred for any item returned for in-store credit. Any return requesting a refund to a credit card or Paypal account will be assessed a restocking fee.

Refunds:

You should expect to receive any refund made pursuant to a return or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be received more quickly. If you have not received a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your refund.

Policies & Rules:

All items sold by PremierDogSupplies.com are shipped in their original factory packaging as supplied by the manufacturer/distribution center. Items may be returned or exchanged only if in the original manufacturer's packaging and in the same condition as sold, including any instructions and/or documentation, attached tags, etc.

No returns or exchanges must have prior authorization.  Neither returns nor exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must contact us (See Contact Us page) to request a RA number before shipping a return or exchange.

 We will refuse any package returned to us without a valid RA number.

Customer is responsible for shipping any return or exchange item back to Proud Dog Research, LLC. Returns or exchanges sent to us COD will be refused. In the event that the return or exchange is due to our error (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.

PremierDogSupplies.com is not responsible for any personal items that may be included in returned or exchanged merchandise.

Returns or exchanges must be received within ten (10) days from the date that the RA number is issued, or within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date the original item was shipped to you, whichever is sooner.

PremierDogSupplies.com is not responsible for items that have been damaged during return shipment. Such items remain the property of the customer, and you may be charged to have them sent back to you.

The authorized RA number MUST be included with the shipment.

Any return/exchange that does not comply with these Policies and Rules will be returned to sender, and no credits will be issued.

Proud Dog Research, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret and apply these Policies and Rules to all exchanges and returns.

PremierDogSupplies.com cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your dog or puppy. The products we sell are very durable, but are not indestructible. Before ordering, choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your dog or puppy.
