1. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Have all tags and labels attached
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (pet food that has been opened)
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

4. How to Return Items

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at enquiries@premierdogsupplies.com with your order number
  2. We will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the item back to us using a tracked delivery service

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at enquiries@premierdogsupplies.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
